CRM software developer eglue Software Ltd. Has raised $12 million in an internal financing round. The company will use the proceeds from the round to boost marketing of its customer interaction management (CIM) product.
eglue has developed the InterAct real-time CIM suite, which enables service provides to improve the efficiency of communications via all channels - telephone, sales points, and online. The product suite aims at minimizing customer frustration and improving customer satisfaction, while saving customer services costs by companies.
The company has raised $22 million since it was founded in 2001, including a $5 million credit line from Plenus Venture Lending Fund. Investors include Cedar Fund, Evergreen Venture Partners, and Giza Venture Capital, as well as private investors and Kibbutz Ein Shemer and Kibbutz Maagal Michael.
