   Sales & Support Team

Account Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads
  • Expand the portfolio by handling upsells and potential new accounts, including cold calls
  • Manage all account-related processes and projects - from lead generation, pre- to post-sale, consulting, support, and back-office management.
  • Developing personal relationships with customers: Building long-term relationships with customers to retain them and increase the scope of business activity. Familiarity with the types of customers, users, relevant products, and uses.
  • Meeting sales targets: Planning and executing sales according to goals set.
  • Working with internal interfaces: Collaboration with various departments in the company (marketing, customer retention, research).
  • Attend industry conferences and meet-ups to represent the company, network, and gather leads.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Account Manager in a business-oriented market OR equivalent sales track record in successful B2B sales - A must.
  • Familiarity with the High-Tech Ecosystem and the venture capital market - definite advantage.
  • Service skills: Ability to provide quality service, listen to customer needs, and solve problems.
  • Management skills: Organization, planning, monitoring, meeting goals.
  • Excellent communication skills: High verbal and written expression - Hebrew and English. Personal meetings with clients, including with decision-makers and senior executives. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team: Work independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM Systems and Marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Hebrew and English. Other languages – an advantage.

   Information Team 

   Information Specialist (Beginner)

 

Responsibilities

  • Finding new information about Israeli high-tech companies, and basic research about their activities
  • Adding and modifying text and media elements; checking entry work for quality and accuracy.
  • Ensuring that all outstanding comments and edits are imported into the product by the deliverable date
  • Corresponding with senior executives within the venture capital/private equity and high-tech industries
  • Attending industry conferences to gather information, expand networks, and enhance corporate knowledge
  • Preparing customized reports

 

Requirements

  • Sharp, a hard worker, analytic, dedicated, able to complete a task at a timely manner, great attention to detail, precise and punctual.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (mother tongue level)
  • Independent and fast learner
  • Good internet skills - a must, business-related - an advantage
  • Knowledge in the area of technology, venture capital, private equity - an advantage
  • Prior experience working with content management systems is a plus
  • Ability to complete repetitive and intensive work with high level of accuracy
  • A degree in economics, finance, statistics, or related subjects - an advantage
