04/08/2025	GoTo Global sold its share in its subsidiary in Malta ("Car Sharing Services Malta Ltd.", 53.5%) to the Debono Family for EUR 160K, and has consequently shut down its operations in Malta.
07/06/2022	Neratech Media has become a shell company and completed a reverse merger deal with GoTo Global. As a result GoTo holds 74% of the merged company, while Neratech shareholders hold 26% of the merged company.
