TECHNOLOGY

Gamida Cell is pioneering a new approach with the potential to improve treatment outcomes beyond what is possible with donor-derived therapies. This approach enables to administer a therapeutic dose of cells to patients.

Omidubicel	Phase III
Omidubicel is an advanced cell therapy under development as a potential life-saving allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell (bone marrow) transplant solution for patients with hematologic malignancies (blood cancers). Omidubicel is the first bone marrow transplant product to receive Breakthrough Therapy Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and has also received Orphan Drug Designation in the U.S. and EU. In May 2020, we reported topline results from an international, multi-center, randomized Phase 3 clinical study in 125 patients demonstrating that omidubicel was generally well tolerated and the median time to neutrophil engraftment was significantly shorter for patients who were randomized to omidubicel than those in the comparator group. Full safety and efficacy data are anticipated in the second half of 2020, and we intend to initiate the submission of a biologics license application (BLA) filing in the fourth quarter of 2020. Indication: High-risk Hematologic Malignancies (Phase III); Indication: Severe Aplastic Anemia (Phase I).
GDA-201	Phase I
GDA-201 is an innate natural killer (NK) cell immunotherapy for the treatment of hematologic and solid tumors in combination with standard of care antibody therapies. When combined with targeted antibodies, GDA-201 has shown enhanced antibody-dependent cellular toxicity, or ADCC. Clinical Trial Information: GDA-201 is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical study in patients with refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
