DESCRIPTION

The Technion Investment Opportunities Fund (TIOF) was established by the Technion and Technion R&D Foundation (TRDF) in order to exercise the Technion's pre-emptive rights in its portfolio of companies. Each potential investment is reviewed by the Investment Committee of the Fund, and is then confirmed by its Executive Committee. The fund targets to invest in consumer nondurables, LOHAS & wellness, TMT, and food tech sectors.
