TECHNOLOGY

The WorkFlow Module (WF) guides the agent through business processes, according to the sequence of activities necessary to accomplish their tasks. WF highlights each button, field, or area, provides a pop-up balloon with help, and literally steps the agent from start to finish; keeping track of their progress with a process status checklist. WF guides agents seamlessly across multiple applications and can automatically start desktop applications should they be needed to complete tasks. At the agent’s request, information can be captured from one application and transferred to another application without redundant typing/errors.
When an agent requires assistance to perform a process, a simple click on the processes menu and selection of the desired process will provide targeted guidance. The WorkFlow module assures proper completion of the task.
