PwC Israel operates across three main lines of service (LoSs): Assurance and Audit, Tax, and Advisory.

Assurance and Audit – PwC invests heavily in developing and implementing proprietary technology and AI tools that make auditing more efficient and deliver deeper insights. PwC tailors every engagement to the individual customer, based on specific operations, risks, industry, and markets. After considering each customer’s unique business, PwC applies its next-generation audit methodology, which is implemented throughout the PwC global network.

Tax – PwC Israel’s Tax Group includes leading experts from the US who advise on US and international taxation. Services also include corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, indirect tax, real estate taxation, personal taxation for foreign and Israeli residents, and filings with the Israel Tax Authority through the Sha’am terminal.

Advisory – PwC Israel offers a wide range of services, including economic advisory, valuations, due diligence, transaction support, risk management, and strategic consulting. PwC Israel’s technology consulting practice leverages top-tier professionals and cutting-edge tools to deliver comprehensive technology solutions, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and expert implementation of information systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and SAP.
