DESCRIPTION

The Mofet Fund is designed to assist in the establishment of innovative ventures on a global scale and the growth of production-oriented industrial companies, with the aim of promoting technological depth and product development in areas with high economic potential.

The track is designed to accelerate the development of advanced industry in Israel, which relies on technological innovation as a significant competitive advantage in the global market - and lead to the creation of high economic value for the Israeli economy.

As part of the new fund, the Innovation Authority will promote technological innovation in 2 tracks:
The first track is a transition from production to development, built in three stages for product development: ideation, techno-feasibility, and product development, in favor of developing innovative products on a world-class level. This track will be accompanied by a MOFAT accelerator by establishing and operating supporting frameworks that will provide technological, business, and financial guidance to companies.
The second track is a transition from development to production, designed to encourage the establishment of high-tech industrial plants in Israel, through support for R&D programs during the establishment and development of new plants and production lines for products with significant technological depth and world-class innovation.
