B-TWIN EXPANDABLE SPINAL SYSTEM	CE Approved
The innovative B-Twin Expandable Spinal System is intended for use in lumbar spinal fusion procedures. The Implant - preloaded on its Delivery System - is introduced into the prepared intervertebral space in a reduced configuration of 5 mm in diameter. Once it is ideally positioned within the intervertebral space, it is expanded to up to 15mm (depending on the size selected).
CERVICAL B-TWIN EXPANDABLE SPINAL SYSTEM	Phase I
The Cervical B-Twin, a unique and new minimally invasive cervical intervertebral fusion device, is introduced into the intervertebral space, following discectomy, in a narrow configuration of 3.3mm in diameter and is then expanded up to 8mm. The Cervical B-Twin expanded configuration of octagonal shape has been designed to accommodate the cervical intervertebral anatomy and preserve the cervical lordosis.

A putty-like, radio-opaque acrylic bone cement (PMMA) and innovative Hydraulic Delivery System that ensures safe and immediate cement introduction.
Fixion Hip System	FDA Approved CE Approved
The Fixion MH Hemi-Hip System is a modular hemiarthroplasty system. It is composed of an expandable stem, which provides homogeneous load distribution along its length (press fit fixation); a neck of a conical stepped configuration that improves rotation resistance; and a set of head balls.
Fixion Intramedullary Nailing Systems	FDA Approved CE Approved
The Fixion Nails are inserted in a reduced diameter and, once positioned, are expanded within the medullary canal using pressurized saline solution. The expansion enables the Nail to adapt to the shape and diameter of the medullary canal for optimal rotational stability. The surgical procedure is minimally invasive. Reaming is optional. Operating time, as well as fluoroscopy exposure are significantly reduced. Removal of the Nail, if necessary, is easier as the nail is deflated during extraction.
SKy BONE EXPANDER SYSTEM	CE Approved
The SKy Bone Expander is a polymer device, intended for kyphoplasty. The SKy Bone Expander is inserted into the collapsed vertebra in a reduced device configuration of 4 mm in diameter. Once positioned within the vertebra, it is expanded to up to 14 mm or 16 mm in height and its pre-designed expanded size in a controlled manner. Once optimal vertebra height and void are achieved, the SKy Bone Expander is removed and void filler is injected into the void.
