DESCRIPTION

AAC Capital Partners Holding is an investment management company with two specialized investment funds, dedicated to mid-market buyouts in North-Western Europe in consumer, industrial and services sectors. The portfolio is managed by its advisers.
AAC Capital invests in mid-market Benelux companies to accelerate growth. Since 2001, they invested nearly €800 mln, realising 28 buyouts, 70 add-on acquisitions and 20 exits in the Benelux region.

They are investing from their third, Benelux-focussed fund. AAC Capital enjoys commitment of blue-chip institutional investors from Europe, North America and the Middle East. Among our investors are Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Fund of Funds, Family Offices and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
They are growth-oriented investor, with a solid track record in assisting businesses with autonomous and acquisitive growth, in Europe and beyond. They look for ambitious, sector-leading management teams up for the challenge.
