- iWay(TM) is a complete end-to-end web-to-print workflow and management platform, integrating web-based ordering, pre-press, production and delivery, fully automating these processes for digital and hybrid Print Service Providers of all sizes.
- Press-sense Manager(TM) is a robust extension of the iWay platform especially suited for Print On Demand sales management. The solution integrates non-Web-based flows into the iWay Web-based Business Flow Automation system. Press-sense Manager enables Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to capture and control phone, fax, email and web orders in one place, and further integrate customer management, fulfillment and billing.
